Users of the Infinix Note 4 Pro have begun complaining about their device especially in the aspect of charging.
Users of the smartphone trooped to Android forums to register their dissatisfaction with the charging issues which has plagued the smartphone as some users noted that the device takes more than 5 hours on an average to charge up to as much as 67 percent.
The users who upgraded from the Infinix Note 3 smartphone to the Note 4 Pro also indicated that the charger which came with the latter unit was much more better compared to the Note 4 Pro’s.
Other complaints which have been registered include those surrounding the inability of the Note 4 Pro’s charger to juice up the device in instances of low electric current.
The report however comes as a shocking revelation as the tech company had upon launch of the device which comes into the market with an X-Pen revealed that each unit of the device supports the Xcharge 4.0 which will enable it charge faster even in low currents.
